RULES AND REGULATIONS
The Fieldhouse Sportscenter believes that developing athletes involves more than strength, agility and athletic skills. Development of character is the cornerstone of our programs and we will stress it at all times. Knowledge of the rules and regulations of a sport is a tool young people can use to not only become successful in that sport, but extrapolate into their lives outside athletics. The Fieldhouse encourages all coaches and fans to adhere to the rules and regulations of our facility to set an example for our athletes. In addition, we ask that our players adhere to these sames regulations and have the utmost respect the for their opponent.

REFUND POLICY
League Refunds:
Refunds for leagues will be allowed with a minimum of 2 weeks written notice prior to the start of any league. Any request for a refund after that date may be subject to penalties at the discretion of management. Each refund will be handled on a case by case basis. In lieu of a cash refund, teams may use funds as a credit for a future league.
Tournament Refunds:
Refunds for tournaments, other than MAYB, will be allowed with a minimum 1 week written notice prior to the 1st day of said tournament. Refunds after that date will be subject to penalties at the discretion of management. Each refund will be handled on a case by case basis. In lieu of a cash refund, teams may use funds as a credit for a future tournament. All MAYB refunds/credits will be handled by Mid-America Youth Basketball.
Refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five business days upon request.
PAYMENT POLICY
All League fees require a $100 deposit at the time of registration.
The remainder of the fees must be paid the first week of play -
A $25 late fee will be applied to each team per each month that the league fee goes unpaid -
All taxes are included in the total cost of League Fees

GAME SCHEDULING POLICY
The Fieldhouse Sportscenter will do everything we can to schedule games on your leagues main night of play. However, there may be a need to schedule some games on your backup day. We will effort to schedule the majority of your games on your main night. Special requests must be turned in when you register. Any special request made after registration may not be able to be answered. The Fieldhouse will do everything we can to accommodate your requests. Please understand we cannot answer all requests.
WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
In case of inclement weather, The Fieldhouse Sportscenter will post, on our website, any cancellations as early in the day as possible. Do not hesitate to call The Fieldhouse Sportscenter in you have doubts. This is a rare occurrence!
PRIVACY POLICY
The Fieldhouse Sportscenter respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or share any information you provide during the registration process. The Fieldhouse Roster Waiver form does give us permission to use photos of your team and spectators while promoting events at The Fieldhouse Sportscenter.
SECURITY POLICY
Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet.
